Network Governance, Mixed Ownership Reform and Governance Modernization :Survey of the 8th International Symposium of Corporate Governance

随着经济发展步入"新常态"以及十八届三中全会对推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化、发展混合所有制经济提出了明确要求,发掘公司治理对政府治理、社会治理及国家治理的理论借鉴作用,释放混合所有制改革的制度红利,探寻互联网时代下公司治理体系的新特点及提升治理能力的新手段等成为政府监管机构、企业界和学界共同关注的重要话题。在此背景下,以"网络治理、混合所有制改革与治理能力现代化"为主题的第八届公司治理国际研讨会于2015年9月5-6日在天津召开。国内外专家通过主题演讲和论文宣讲方式,深入讨论了各领域研究成果和公司治理学科的发展前沿,就新时期下政企关系、混合所有制改革、独立董事制度有效性、网络治理理论构建及公司治理的跨学科研究等达成重要共识,指明了当前公司治理研究存在的突出问题及未来研究需关注的方向。

As china＇s economy has shifted gear to ＂new normal＂, and mixed ownership reform and national governance modernization have been treated as important goals of deepening the reform by the third plenary session of the 18th central committee, what lessons government governance, social governance and national governance can draw from the theory of corporate governance, discovering the reform dividend of mixed ownership, finding new characteristics and methods to improve corporate governance system and capacity have changed to be widely concerned topics. On this background, the 8th international symposium of corporate governance ＂network governance, mixed ownership reform and governance modern- ization＂ was held at Tianjin from september 5 to 6, 2015. Through keynote speech and paper presentation, experts around the world gained consensus on the following aspects： The relationship be- tween government and enterprises, the effectiveness of independent director system, the frame of network governance and interdisci- plinary research of corporate governance. These above discussions pointed out the problems existing in the current research and future research directions.
