重庆山谷型垃圾填埋场安全评价分析

摘要 对山谷型垃圾填埋场的现状进行安全评价,是实施填埋场进行措施整改的重要依据。基于对垃圾填埋场的安全隐患问题分析,构建了包括作业规范与管理水平、气体平均逸出速度、防渗效果以及邻近建筑物距离等影响因素的安全评价指标体系,确定了各指标等级的取值范围。运用层次分析(AHP)法,计算确定各指标的权重系数,并建立了填埋场安全评价体系。以重庆市某垃圾填埋场为例,对该填埋场进行了安全评价分析。结果表明,该垃圾填埋场的评价结果为不安全,安全风险等级较高。 Safety assessment of valley-type landfill can provide an important basis for rectification measures. Based on security problem analysis of landfill, a safety assessment index system including working standard and management level,average velocity of gas escape, anti-seepage effect and distance of adjacent buildings was established. Analytical hierarchy process(AHP) was used to determine the weight of each evaluation index, and a safety assessment system of landfill was developed. The landfill in Chongqing City was chosen as a case study to make a safety assessment analysis. The results showed that the waste landfill was unsafe, and the security risk level was high.
