复方血栓通促进白内障术后视网膜微结构恢复的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨复方血栓通促进超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入术后视网膜微结构恢复的作用。方法老年性白内障手术200例(200眼)随机分为两组。治疗组(复方血栓通治疗组)及对照组,每组100例(100眼)。从术后当天开始,治疗组除常规应用术后滴眼药物外口服复方血栓通(胶囊)1.5g,3次/d,连续应用1个月。对照组仅应用常规术后滴眼药物。在术后1d,7d,15d,1个月,应用OCT测量治疗组和对照组黄斑中心区视网膜厚度的变化及光感受器内外节连接层连续性和完整性的变化。结果术后的1d、7d治疗组与对照组黄斑中心区视网膜厚度的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),15d及1个月治疗组较对照组黄斑中区视网膜薄,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);1d、7d、15d及1个月治疗组黄斑中心区光感受器内外节连接层(IS-OS层)均较对照组连续及完整。结论复方血栓通能促进超声乳化吸出联合人工品状体植入术后视网膜微结构的恢复,对视网膜有保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of the Fufang Xueshuantong (FXST) on retinal microstructure recovery after phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation. Methods Two hundred eyes of 200 cases of senile cataract were randomly divided into 2 groups:the treatment group (application of FXST) and control group (without the use of FXST) with 100 cases (100 eyes) in each group. From the day of operation, the patients in the treatment group received FXST orally with 1.5 g 3 times per day for one month in addition to routine application of postoperative eye drops. The patients in control group only received routine postoperative eyedrops. On the postoperative 1, 7, 15 and 30 d the change of macular foveola retinal thickness (MFRT) by optical coherence tomography was observed, and the continuity and integrity of the light receptor inner segment and outer segment ( IS/OS ) layer were also observed by optical coherence tomography. Results On the lth and 7th day, the differences in the central macular fovea thickness were not statistically significant ( P 〉 0.05 ) between treatment group and control group. On the 15th day and first month after the operation, the macular fovea thickness was thinner in the treatment group than that in the control group and the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). On the lth day, 7th day, 15th day and 30th day after the operation, the continuity and integrity of IS-OS layer in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion FXST can promote retinal microstructure recovery after phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation and has protective effects on retina.
