铬掺杂的金属极板氮化钛膜层制备及性能 被引量:4

Investigation on the Performance of Cr Doped TiN Coating on Metallic Bipolar Plates for PEM Fuel Cells

摘要 燃料电池金属极板迫切需要提高导电性和耐腐蚀性。本文运用非平衡磁控溅射离子镀(CFUBMSIP)工艺对316L不锈钢双极板进行表面改性。以氮化钛为基础膜系,掺入铬元素制备钛铬氮膜;通过SEM、XRD和XPS等分析方法揭示铬元素掺杂对氮化钛物相和成分影响规律;最后对铬钛氮膜导电性和耐腐蚀性能开展实验研究。研究表明,当钛铬比例为3:1时所得钛铬氮膜具有最优性能。 The conductivity and corrosion resistance of bipolar plates need to be improved further for proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) application. In this study, the closed field unbalanced magnetron sputter ion plating (CFUBMSIP) was used to modify the surface of SS316L bipolar plates. Based on the TiN film, the element Cr was doped to prepare the TiCrN film. SEM, XRD and XPS methods were adopted to analyze the influence of the Cr dopant to the phase and composition variation of TiN film. Finally, the interfacial contact resistance (ICR) of the coated bipolar plate were measured and the corrosion resistance of TiN and TiCrN film were evaluated in simulated PEMFC environment. The results showed that the TiCrN film with composition of Ti: Cr = 3:1 obtained the best performance.
