双曲型法向圆弧齿轮副的点啮合设计与啮合效率 被引量:1

Point-contact Design and Meshing Efficiency of Hyperboloidal-type Normal Circular-arc Gears

摘要 双曲型法向圆弧齿轮是一种将圆弧齿形拓展至交错轴齿轮传动的新型传动技术。在双曲型法向圆弧齿轮传动原理的基础上,提出齿廓的点啮合设计方法,推导啮合齿面的数学模型;在综合考虑摩擦力和摩擦力矩的情况下,进行速度分析和受力分析,推导双曲型法向圆弧齿轮副的啮合效率公式,分析主要设计参数对效率的影响。研究结果可为双曲型法向圆弧齿轮副的优化设计提供理论参考。 Hyperboloidal-type normal circular-arc gear is a novel transmission technology in which the circular-are tooth profile is developed into the cross-axis gear transmission. Based on the transmission principle of hyperboloidal- type normal circular-arc gears, the design method of tooth profile with point contact was presented, and the mathematical model of tooth surface was deduced; in the situation that the friction and the friction moment were considered, the velocity and the forced action were analyzed, and then the formula of meshing efficiency of hyperboloidal-type normal circular-arc gears was deduced, the effects of design parameters on the efficiency were investigated. The results provide theoretical reference for the optimal design of hyperboloidal-type normal circular-arc gears.
