摘要
为解决传统的成本公差设计模型中只注重成本和质量损失这两个与价值有关的因素而忽视了产品本身性能的问题,本文综合考虑产品性能、加工成本、质量损失等因素后建立公差多目标优化模型,采用遗传算法对其进行求解,最后以某齿轮泵为例进行验证该模型的有效性。
To solve the problem of traditional cost tolerance design model focusing on cost and quality loss of these two factors related to the value and ignored the problem of the product itself performance, this article considers the product performance, processing factors such as cost, quality loss after tolerance multi-objective optimization model is set up, using genetic algorithm to solve it, and finally to a gear pump as an example to verify the validity of the model.
