摘要
针对目前立体停车位均采用阀控或普通变频液压动力系统,存在系统效率低、能耗大等问题,提出了一种将液压变配重节能技术应用于立体停车位的升降机构液压系统。对液压变配重节能技术的原理进行介绍,并对其系统的装机功率、能耗以及系统效率进行了计算分析。结果表明,其装机功率、能耗分别为标准变频液压动力系统的34.6%、68.5%,系统效率提高了30%。最后对立体停车位在空载、轻载、重载上下行工况下的系统功率进行试验研究,试验测试结果表明,配置液压变配重节能技术后,能耗明显降低,系统效率有很大提高,具有较好的节能效果。
Aiming at solving the serious problems about low system efficiency and high energy consumption of current stereo parking lot hydraulic system adopting valve controlled or standard frequency conversion hydraulic power system, put forward a novel energy saving technology for the lift mechanism hydraulic system of stereo parking lot based on variable hydraulic counterweight technology. Introduce the principle of the hydraulic variable weight saving technology and analyze the installed power, energy consumption and efficiency of the system. The results show that the installed power and energy consumption of the equipment is 34.6% and 68.5% of the standard frequency conversion hydraulic power system, and the efficiency has increased by 30%. Finally, the power of the stereo parking lot hydraulic system in the uplink and downlink conditions of no-live load, light load, and heavy load is studied. Test results show that, the energy consumption of the system with variable hydraulic counterweight technology has significantly reduced, and its system efficiency has greatly improved. The variable hydraulic counterweight technology has a good energy saving effect.
