摘要
针对三坐标测量机在实际使用中存在的培训周期长,教学成本高等问题,采用虚拟现实技术设计了三坐标测量机的虚拟仿真系统。该系统由虚拟测量机主机软件、仿真PC-DMIS系统和虚拟操作手柄软件组成,可完成三维特征的识别、拟合和评价及多种形状尺寸的全流程测量仿真,并首次实现了多屏幕协同操作和所见即所得的测量效果,有效降低了三坐标测量的学习培训周期,同时可用于对真实设备的联接和对远程设备的图形化操作。
In CMM measuring procedure, there universally appear obvious drawbacks such as long period and high cost. To avoid these, the Virtual CMM Software based on virtual reality technology ( VR technology) has been developed, which includes virtual machine software, virtual PC-DMIS system and virtual handle. In this virtual system, it can realize three-dimensional feature recognition, fitting and evaluation. This program achieves cooperate work across multiple screens for the first time. Therefore, virtual CMM software will be bound to reduce training cycle greatly and effectively. Meanwhile, it can be functioned by linking-up with real equipment and used to graphic operatefor remote devices.
