江苏省典型地区船舶排气污染的现状调查与研究

Investigation and Research on the Current Ship Exhaust Pollution in Typical Areas of Jiangsu Province

以京杭大运河江苏段为研究对象开展船舶种类及保有量调查,并对使用年限等进行统计汇总,建立该地区船舶信息台帐,在此基础上,抽样调查在用船舶污染物排放水平,并针对保有量较大的船舶及船用发动机调查污染治理现状及相应治污技术手段。依据上述调查研究成果,结合江苏省地方发展状况及特点,提出船舶污染物控制及管理对策,为管理者提供技术依据。

This paper takes the Jiangsu section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal as the research object to carry out an investigation on the ship types and quantities, record the numbers of the year for which ships have been used, and establish an information on account on the regional ships. Then a sampling survey on the pollutant emission level of the ships was carried out and the current pollution control status and corresponding pollution control technical means for the ships in large quantities and the ship engines were investigated. On the basis of the above research results, considering the local development status and characteristics of Jiangsu province, some ship pollution control and management measures were proposed to provide some technical basis for managers.
