本文总结简易负压引流术在高位蹄铁型脓肿、伴有深腔肛瘘、尾骶部藏毛窦及术后难愈性创面的治疗经验,并对负压引流术在肛肠良性疾病的规范化应用提出建议。

This article summarized the treatment experience of a simple and cheap negative pressure wound therapy applicatieu in the high horseshoe-shaped abscess, anal fistula with deep cavity, tail sacral pilonidal si- nus and postope ative refractory wounds. Then the author put forward their own application experience of the sim- ple and cheap NrW＂ in the normalized application of benign anorectal disease.
