中药薰蒸肢体治疗早期桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的疗效观察

The Observation of the Effects of Chinese Medicine Fumigation Treatment on Early Stenosing Tenosynovitis Radial Styloid

目的观察中药薰蒸肢体治疗早期桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的疗效。方法将早期桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者172例随机分为治疗组与对照组各86例,对照组选择双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂涂抹治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药薰蒸肢体治疗,两组疗程均为14 d。结果治疗后治疗组有效率为98.84%,高于对照组的89.53%(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组治疗后的疼痛评分分别为(1.67±0.45)分和(3.09±0.67)分,均低于治疗前的(6.33±0.54)分和(6.29±0.49)分(P<0.05),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组治疗后的腕关节功能评分分别为(0.71±0.22)分和(1.39±0.43)分,均低于治疗前的(3.33±0.24)分和(3.31±0.41)分(P<0.05),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药薰蒸肢体治疗早期桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎能有效缓解疼痛,改善肢体功能,从而提高疗效,实现改善预后的价值。

Objective： To investigate the effects of Chinese medicine fumigation treatment on early stenosing tenosynovitis radial styloid. Methods： 172 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the con- trol group, 86cases in each. The control group received diclofenac diethylamine emulsion agents applied treat- ment, and the treatment group took extra Chinese medicine fumigation treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The course of the treatment lasted for 14 days. Results： After treatment, the efficiency rates of the treatment group were 98.84% ,higher than that of the control group 89.53%（P〈 0.05）. After treatment,the pain scores of the treatment group and the control group were （1.67±0.45） points and （3.09±0.67） points ,lower than （6.33±0.54） points and （6.29±0.49） points before treatment （P〈0.05）,with statistical significance （P〈 0.05）. After treatment,the wrist scores of the treatment group and the control group were （0.71±0.22） points and （ 1.39±0.43 ） points, lower than （3.33＋0.24） points and （3.31 ±0.41 ） points before treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）, with sta- tistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese fumigation treatment of early early stenosing tenosynovitis radial styloid can effectively relieve pain and improve physical function,thereby enhance efficacy, realize the val- ues of improving prognosis.
