摘要
目的观察益气升阳解毒方择时服药治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法将120例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组采用益气升阳解毒方,水煎于每日21时顿服;对照组口服美沙拉秦肠溶片。结果两组治疗前ESR、CRP、排便次数、便血、内镜发现、医师总体评价各单项积分及总积分比较差别不大(P>0.05),两组治疗后ESR、CRP、各单项积分及总积分与治疗前比较均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组ESR、CRP、各单项积分及总积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率88.33%优于对照组的71.67%(P<0.05)。结论择时服用益气升阳解毒方能有效降低溃疡性结肠炎疾病活动,效果满意。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi shengyang jiedu Decoction taken at selected time on active ulcerative colitis. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups based on the informed con- sent. The treatment group of 60 cases were treated by Yiqi shengyang jiedu Decoction,the control group of 60 cases oral Mesalazine Enteric-coated tablets. Results： ESR,CRP and Mayo scorce in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Yiqi shengyang jiedu Decoction taken at selected time can effectively reduce the activity of ulcerative colitis disease, and the curative effect is a satisfactory.
