摘要
梳理了《广州市公共图书馆条例》的立法进程,对这部地方性图书馆法规的主要内容进行了简要介绍,归纳出这部法规的主要特点,最后,对《广州市公共图书馆条例》在促进地区公共图书馆事业发展和推动我国图书馆立法方面发挥的重要作用进行了阐述。
This paper summarizes the legislation process of Regulations of Guangzhou Public Library, introduces the main ideas of the local library regulations, and concludes the main characteristics of this law. Finally, the paper ex-pounds the important role of Regulations of Guangzhou Public Library in promoting the development of Regional Public Library and promoting the legislation of the national public library law.
