摘要
根据文献传递服务工作实践,通过对读者和文献传递员两方面的调查研究,分析了昌北高校图书馆文献传递服务存在的问题,提出了文献传递服务的发展对策,为进一步深化文献传递服务提供参考。
Basing on the practice of document delivery service, through the investigation and research over readers and document delivers, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the document delivery process among members of Changbei Academic Library Alliance, puts forward developmental countermeasures of document delivery ser-vice, and provides a reference to better document delivery service in the future.
