植物激素对红苋菜修复污染土壤的效应研究

摘要 通过土壤盆栽试验,研究三种植物激素(IAA、GA、SA)对超富集植物红苋菜吸收和积累^(133)Cs、^(88)Sr、Cd的影响.研究结果表明,^(133)Cs、^(88)Sr、Cd胁迫下,施用植物激素能显著增加红苋菜对^(133)Cs、^(88)Sr、Cd的吸收、转运和富集.相同激素水平处理下,叶为主要富集^(133)Cs、^(88)Sr、Cd的器官,根次之,茎最少.^(133)Cs和^(88)Sr胁迫下,三种激素的单株累积量总体表现为为SA>GA>IAA,Cd胁迫下,激素作用表现为GA>SA>IAA.由此证明,植物激素的添加可强化红苋菜对^(133)Cs、^(88)Sr、Cd污染的修复效果. The effect of three exogenous phytohormones on the uptake and accumulation of ^133Cs, ^88Sr, Cd in the seedlings of Amaranthus mangostanus L., which is a kind of hyperaccumulator plants,was further studied in the pot experiments. The results indicated that the absorptive, accumulative and transferred capacity of ^133Cs, ^88Sr,Cd of the amaranth plants after using phytohormones were obviously higher than the control. In the same sort and concentration treatment of phytohormones, ^133Cs, ^88Sr,Cd contents were higher in leaves as compared with stems and roots. The ^133Cs, ^88Sr accumulation ability of phytohormones was SAGAIAA, while the Cd accumulation ability of phytohormones was GASAIAA.Therefore, the phyto-extraction efficiency was enhanced in amaranth by using exogenous phytohormones.
