屯兰选煤厂煤泥浮选药剂种类与用量优选试验

Analysis of category of coal slime flotation agents and optimal dosage in Tunlan coal preparation plant

针对目前屯兰选煤厂煤泥浮选效率低、成本过高的现状,以该选煤厂煤泥为研究对象,以煤油和ZFC乳化油作为捕收剂,仲辛醇作为起泡剂,进行浮选药剂及其用量选择试验。试验结果表明:在试验条件下,ZFC乳化油作为捕收剂时煤泥浮选效果优于煤油;当ZFC乳化油与仲辛醇的用量分别为1 000、90 g/t时,煤泥浮选效果最好,浮选精煤可燃体回收率为94.35%,浮选完善指标为49.72%。

In order to improve efficiency of coal slime flotation, reduce cost in Tunlan coal preparation plant, reagent test and its optimal dosage are investigated by collecting agent kerosene, ZFC emulsified oil, frothing reagent 2 -octanol. The results show that coal slime flotation by ZFC emulsified oil is better than by kerosene; and it can be treated best under condition of 1 000 g/t ZFC emulsified cil, 90 g/t 2 - oeta- nol, with 94. 35% recovery of combustibles of flotation concentrate and 49.72% perfect index of flotation.
