摘要
为了探索出适合新田选煤厂煤泥水处理的药剂种类与用量,在对煤泥水性质分析的基础上,以聚合氯化铝、氯化镁作为凝聚剂,聚丙烯酰胺作为絮凝剂,查看不同药剂组合对煤泥水沉降效果的影响,并对药剂种类与用量优化后的选煤厂经济效益进行了分析。生产实践表明:以聚丙稀酰胺作为絮凝剂,并添加适量氯化镁能够有效改善其沉降效果,既节约了水资源和药剂用量,又提高了产品质量和企业经济效益。
In order to find out appropriate reagents for coal slurry processing in Xintian coal preparation plant, according to coal slurry assay, taking poly aluminium chloride, magnesium chloride as coagulant, polyacrylamide as flocculent, the effect of different combination of reagents on coal slurry settling is investigated, with analysis of economic benefit of coal preparation plant after optimized categories and dosage of reagents. The application shows that floeculent play crylamide adding appropriate magnesium chloride can improve coal slurry settling, which not only saves water and dosage of regents, but optimize products and increases economy benefit.
