浅析我国公共图书馆残疾人服务现状及对策

On the Status and Countermeasures of Public Library Services for the Disabled in China

通过对我国省级公共图书馆残疾人服务开展情况以及各级图书馆从业人员、年均购书经费等基本情况的初步调查,分析当前我国公共图书馆残疾人服务现状及存在的问题,提出观念认识、法律制度、基础建设和保障体系等方面的对策建议,旨在体现公共图书馆普遍均等的服务理念。

Through the preliminary investigation into our provincial public library services for the disabled,the library staff at all levels and annual average funds in book purchasing,the author analyzes the status of public library services for the disabled and existing problems,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for concept and understanding,legal system,infrastructure and guarantee system,in attempt to embody the universal equality concept of public library service.
