基于网损最小与供电能力最大目标的长春地区66kV联络线功率调整方法 被引量:2

摘要 联络线是连接电力系统之间的输电线路。联络线分为:单回线、双回线或多回线;直流输电线、交流输电线或直流与交流输电线并列使用。长春市共有66k V联络线最大负载率超过50%的线路17回,其中负载率超过80%的线路有3回,在运行中,须注意的是:解决功率波动、低频振荡及联络线的安全措施等问题。联络线的功率控制与调整是一个涉及多个区域、多个发电与受电单元的、融合了电力发展和经济发展的复杂问题。为了使长春电网获得电网联络线功率的安全稳定和最优效益,应考虑不同区域不同特性的发电机组对联络线功率的贡献力和效益差异,从而更好地协调各区域电网的效益诉求,研究新的联络线功率调控策略。本文基于网损最小与供电能力最大这一目标,提出了一种以优化受端电网来控制联络线传输功率的调整方法。 The link is connected between the power system transmission lines. There are different types of power system, tie line: single loop or loop; Ac power lines, dc or ac and dc transmission line, transmission line is in use. According to the size of the transmission power limit, can be divided into the strong relation and the weak link. Power system communication link voltage grade of much the same as the backbone network of power system voltage level. In operation, must pay attention to solve the power fluctuation, low frequency oscillation, link the problem such as security measures. Tie line power control and adjustment is a involving multiple regions, multiple power generation unit, the electric unit, is a blend of power and economic complex problems. In order to get the tie line power interconnected power grid security and stability and optimal benefits, should consider different geographical characteristics of the tie line power generating set difference of the contribution and benefit, the benefit of the coordination of regional power grid, construct the new tie line power control strategy. Based on the network loss minimum and the maximum power supply ability goal, this paper proposes a optimization method to control the transmission power of tie lines by the end of the power grid.
