摘要
配电网上承电源点,下接各用户,是电力供应的关键环节。做好配电网规划,既是建设坚强智能电网的需要,也是实现"多供电、供好电"战略目标的技术基础。文章在分析传统规划方法的基础上,提出了基于提升配电网供电能力的协调规划方法。该方法注重配网层面的负荷再分配,同时也考虑馈线规划以及变电站规划。可以说,与传统规划方法相比,文章所构建的方法更加全面和合理,算例结果也证明这一点。文章的目的是为提升配电网规划水平而抛砖引玉。
Distribution line, power points, under the user, is the key to power. Distribution network planning, is not only building a strong smart grid needs, but also to achieve ＂more power, for good＂ strategic objective technical basis. Based on the analysis of traditional planning methods based on the proposed coordinated planning method based on lifting scheme of power supply capacity. This method is pay attention to the distribution network level load redistribution, while also considering feeder plan and planning of substation. It can be said that compared with the traditional planning methods, this method of building a more comprehensive and reasonable, the results also prove it.
