摘要 随着电力系统网架的成熟,继电保护、智能自动化等关键技术的普遍应用,以及近年来电力企业安全生产风险管理体系的逐步成熟和闭环管控手段产生的实效等,使电力系统中的大面积停电事故越来越少。但由于某些局部电网依然存在着特殊性或复杂性导致偶有变电站失压、电力设备非计划停运、发电机频繁甩负荷等电力安全事件发生,给电力企业的运营和管理带来极大的风险。本文以一起变电站单相转三相和两相转三相的发展性接地故障为例,对复杂局部电网的事故状态进行还原和分析,有助于优化管理手段,制定针对性防范措施,将故障防范于未然。 The power system blackouts becomes less and less because to the maturation of grid power system and the widespread application of relay, intelligent automation and other key technologies, and the gradual maturity of production safety risk management system recently and Closed-loop control of the means to be effective.
