摘要
文章运用Cobb-Douglas生产函数,基于Solow余值法对我国1995~2013年的农业科技进步贡献率进行测算,结果表明:我国农业科技进步贡献率由1995~2000年的24.7974%上升到2011~2013年的55.2833%,科技进步逐渐成为推动我国农业发展的关键因素。因此,今后应加大农业科技投入力度,保证资金的使用效率,提高农业劳动者的素质,充分发挥农业科技进步对农业生产的贡献作用。
According to Cobb-Douglas production function, by using residual value method of Solow, the paper calculated the contribution rate of agricultural scientific and technological progress from 1995 to 2013. The results showed that the contribution rate of agricultural scientific and technological progress rose from 24.7974% in 1995- 2000 to 55.2833% in 2011 ~ 2013. Science and technology is becoming a key factor promoting agricultural development of China. Therefore, we should increase the investment in ag- ricultural science and technology, guarantee the capital use efficiency, improve the quality of the agricultural laborers, and suffi- ciently play the role of agricultural scientific and technological progress in agricultural production.
