摘要
分析了陕西省发展农产品县域电子商务的优势条件和存在问题,提出了加强政府引导,完善农村基础设施,健全标准化体系,走品牌化之路,建设现代化物流体系,以及引进并培养人才的对策建议。
This article analyzed the advantages and existing problems in the development of county-scale E-commerce of agri- cultural products in Shaanxi province, and put forward the following countermeasures and suggestions : strengthening the government' s guidance, improving the rural infrastructure, perfecting the standardized system, walking the road of branding, constructing the modernized logistics system, and introducing and cultivating talents.
