医学院校大学生创业教育浅析

Brief Analysis on Entrepreneurship Education for Students in Medical Colleges

随着我国医疗卫生事业的改革和医学高等教育的快速发展,医学生面临的就业压力和个人职业发展问题日趋凸显。同时,医学高等院校创业教育发展滞后。究其原因,存在着理念、组织管理、社会环境等多方面的问题。医学生创业教育符合我国医疗改革、医学生就业、医学生综合能力提升的现实需要,因此,需要国家、社会、学校的多方支持。

With the reform of China＇s medical and health services and the rapid development of medical higher edu- cation, the employment pressu that medical students face and some issues about individual professional development have emerged. Meanwhile, the education of students＇ innovative undertaking in medical colleges is lagging behind, not to men- tion many problems in other respects, such as the concept, organization management, social environment and so on. In fact, medical students＇ entrepreneurship education is in line with the practical needs of medical reform, medical students＇ employment and the improvement of their comprehensive ability, so the entrepreneurship education requires the support of the state, society and schools.
