医院危急值管理的现状与思考

The Present Situation and Thinking of the Critical Value Management in China

目的了解医院危急值管理现状,为进一步做好危急值管理提出对策和建议。方法万方数据服务平台为检索数据源,以2000—2014年为时间段,在标题中以"危急值"为检索途径,通过Excel处理数据,采用文献计量法,过程分析及回顾性研究法进行分析和研究。结果检索到有关危急值论文406篇,论文研究内容以危急值的开发、报告、临床应用及管理为主。结论我国医院危急值相关研究论文逐年上升,危急值报告内容、方式也逐步实现信息化、个性化、系统化,建议医院应通过多种措施,结合医院实际,规范危急值的管理。

Objective： To investigate the present situation of critical value management in our country and propose suggestions according to the related literature. Methods： Wanfang database was searched for the literature related to critical value from 2000 to 2014. The mimed data was analyzed in bibliometric method. And content analysis and retrospective study through Excel soft- ware were done. Results： 406 papers on critical value from 2000 to 2014 were retrieved and the number of papers increased year by year. The content of the papers mainly involved in development, report, clinical application and management of critical value. Can- clusions： Papers on critical value rose year by year, the content and form of critical value reports were found progressively realizing the status of informationization, individualization and systematization. Finally we recommend that hospitals should standardize man- agement of critical value through a variety of measures in the light of the hospital~ actual conditions.
