摘要
目的探讨手术室护理中融入人文关怀的应用效果。方法选择2014年1月—2015年1月间我院收治的360例接受手术治疗的患者,随机分为对照组、观察组各180例,对照组采用常规护理方式进行手术室护理,观察组在常规护理方式的基础上融入人文关怀。结果两组比较,观察组患者术前焦虑心理干预有效率为80.6%,手术成功率95%,患者满意度98.3%;对照组患者术前焦虑心理干预有效率为23.3%,手术成功率86.1%,患者满意度82.8%。观察组患者的各项观察指标均明显优于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论将人文关怀融入手术室护理中,融洽了护患关系,提高了患者满意度,从而提高了手术室护理工作的质量。
Objective : To discuss applications and effects of humanistic concern in the nursing of surgery patients. Methods : 360 patients scheduled for elective surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 ,were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 180 patients in each group. The control group received usual care,while the observation group received humanistic concern on the basis of the usual care. Results: There were significant differences be- tween the groups in aspects of anxiety, comfort and cooperation during the time in the operating room. For the observation group, the effectiveness rate of psychological intervention for preoperative anxiety was 80.6%, surgery success rate was 95%, and pa- tient satisfaction was 98.3%. For the control group, the effectiveness rate of psychological intervention for preoperative anxiety 23.3%, surgery success rate 86.1%, and the patient satisfaction 82.8%. All indexes of observation group were significantly better than the control group , and the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion : The application of humanistic care for patients in the operating rooms can make nurse - patient relationship more harmonious, improve patient satisfaction, and the quality of nursing care in the operating rooms.
