摘要 为脱离频率响应函数对工程结构件进行固有频率在线检测,开发出一套基于锤击响应的固有频率在线检测系统。系统采用图形界面友好的VB编程语言搭建系统检测算法,实现数据实时处理及结果智能反馈。首先阐述了系统检测原理并对技术可行性进行分析,提出了基于锤击响应的连击自动探测方法和幅值修正技术;在此基础上设计了系统构成,最后开发了基于峰值法的先验知识识别法和重测判定技术对检测系统进行完善。实测效果表明:系统性能稳定,实用性好,结果可靠,检测效率高,适用范围广。 A system was developed to achieve online detection for nature frequency of engineering structures without using frequency response function. Programming language VB which has friendly graphical interface was adopted to put up the detection algorithm to achieve real-time data processing and intelligent feedback of results. Principle of detection system and analysis of technical feasibility were introduced firstly,furthermore automotive double-hit detection on the basis of impact test response and amplitude revise technique were proposed; besides that system structure was designed. Eventually,peak method based on priori knowledge and resurvey decision technique were developed to complete the system. Practical detection shows that the system performs stable,practical,effective and reliable,and it can be used widely.
