摘要
多金属硫化矿物产品钼精矿主要成份是辉钼矿,含硫较高,分析试样中残留有少量的浮选药剂,直接酸溶时分解过程形成的单质硫易包裹样品,使样品分解不完全,而采用灼烧法能消除浮选药剂和硫对分析干扰,但操作过程很繁琐、费时。对钼精矿试样中硫和浮选药剂处理过程作了研究。通过改进除硫方法,溶样过程,加入适量三氯化铁,控制试样溶液适当的PH值,能使分析结果更准确,同时达到操作简便、迅速、节能的目的。
Polymetallic sulfide mineral product ingredient is molybdenite molybdenum concentrate, high sulfur, the analysis of residue in sample have a small amount of flotation reagents, direct dissolve acid decomposition form of elemental sulfur easy package sample, the sample decomposition is incomplete, and the burning method is adopted to eliminate sulfur flotation reagents and interference analysis, but the operation process is very tedious and time-consuming. The sulfur and flotation reagents in molybdenum concentrate sample made a research on the process. By improving the sulphur removal method, sample process, adding suitable amount of ferric chloride, appropriate control sample solution PH value, makes the analysis results more accurate, and achieve the goal of the operation is simple, rapid, saving.
