摘要
试验将废弃粘土砖块粉磨后,作为替代性矿物掺合料使用,以研究其应用于混凝土生产的可行性。通过胶砂试验及混凝土试验将磨细砖粉在不同比率(25%、50%、75%及100%)下取代粉煤灰,来探明其水化活性情况及形成其最佳的取代比例,同时利用强度激发技术对磨细砖粉进行二次水化反应激发,形成磨细砖粉取代粉煤灰使用的性能优化方案。
Using the brick powder as an alternative of mineral admixtures, this paper studied the feasibility of its ap- plication to concrete production. Through mortar test and concrete test which brick powder in different ratios (25%, 50 %, 75 % and 100 % ) instead of fly ash, the test ascertained the hydration activity of brick powder and formed its best substitution ratio. Simultaneously using the strength excitation technique to excitate the secondary hydration reaction of brick powder, the optimization application of brick powder was formed.
