摘要
论文主要研究沸石粉对自密实混凝土的强度和内养护效果的影响。通过六组108块胶砂龄期分为7d、28d、90d的试块的抗折和抗压强度以及5组90块混凝土试块的龄期为7d、28d、90d抗压强度的研究显示:掺有0~4%沸石粉对自密实凝土的胶砂体系强度的内养护效果和强度及掺有0~2%沸石粉对提高自密实凝土的内养护效果和强度效果最佳;在掺有沸石粉的自密实混凝土的强度和内养护性能可以协调发展,即在改善混凝土内养护性能的同时,提高混凝土的强度。
The influence of zeolite powder to the strength and the effect of internal curing of self-compacting concrete are mainly discussed in this article. The result of test about the flexural strength and the compressive strength of motar and the compressive strength of concrete reveals: Motar mixed with 0-2% zeolite powder is the optimal production in the effect of internal curing and strength, self--compacting concrete mixed with 0-4 % zeolite powder is the optimal production in the effect of internal curing and strength. The strength and the performance of internal curing of the self-compacting concrete mixed with zeolite powder can develop coordinately, that is, the internal curing perform- ance of concrete can be improved while the strength of the concrete is enhanced.
