摘要
根据国家及中国建材集团的节能减排的要求,对四川威远西南水泥有限公司2 500t/d熟料新型干法水泥生产线余热发电工程循环水冷却风机采用的变频风机及变频器进行了升级改造。该文从三个方面来分析变频升级改造后的效果和意义:1)使用变频风机后的节能效果;2)在设备启停过程中,对设备自身绝缘损害性能及使用寿命的影响;3)在设备启停过程中,对配电系统稳定性的影响。
Taking into account the requirements of the state and the group's energy--saving emission reduction, Si- chuan southwest WeiYuan Cements Limited 2 500 t/d clinker production line of new dry process cement production line waste heat power generation project, the use of frequency conversion fan and frequency conversion controlling up- grade. This article analyzes the effect and the significance after upgrading from three aspects: 1)the energy saving effect after using the frequency conversion fan;2)the insulation damage and the life of the equipment in the equipment start- ing and stopping process; 3) the influence of the stability of the power distribution system in the equipment starting and stopping process.
