摘要
基于价格低廉、供应充足及以废治废的优点,对兰炭末的吸附性能进行了研究。兰炭末属于低温炼焦兰炭生产过程中不成形物。吸附后的兰炭末不经脱附可直接替代燃煤进行燃烧或造合成气,无二次污染物排放。采用静态吸附法研究了废水中三聚甲醛(TOX)在兰炭末上的吸附性能。探讨了兰炭末对TOX的吸附等温线、吸附动力学模型,考察了TOX初始浓度和p H值对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,兰炭对TOX吸附等温线符合Freundlich吸附等温式;兰炭末对TOX的吸附符合准二级动力学方程;TOX的去除率随初始浓度和p H的增大均降低,但降低程度不大。
The adsorption properties of semi coke were investigated because of its low cost,adequate supply and based on the waste control by waste. The powder semi-coke are shapeless material in the production process of semi-coke. After adsorption,the powder semi-coke can be burned directly or produce synthesis gas without desorption and discharge little secondary pollutants. Static adsorption experiments were conducted to investigate the adsorption performance of TOX from aqueous solution on the powder semi-coke. The isotherm and kinetic model for the adsorption process were discussed. And also,the effects of initial concentration and pH on the adsorption performance were investigeted. The results showed that the adsorption isotherm model of TOX by powder semi-coke was well fitted with the Freundlich equation while the second-order kinetic model provided the better correlation of adsorption data. With increasing of the initial concentration and pH,the removal rate of TOX decreased slowly.
