基于AVR单片机双闭环直流调速控制系统设计

摘要 介绍了基于单片机控制直流调速工作的原理,设计了基于AVR单片机双闭环直流调速控制系统,利用AVR单片机自带的输入捕捉功能及A/D转换功能,精确、方便地检测电机转速和电流,并通过单片机产生的PWM波控制电机。实验结果表明,采用该控制方案,将软件调试和硬件调试相结合,使系统具有较好的跟随性和抗扰动性。 Introduction was made to the working principle of direct current speed control based on microcontrollers. A direct current speed control system was designed based on AVR microcontroller. The AVR microcontroller has its own input capture and A/D conversion fimctions, which accu- rately and conveniently tested the motor speed and current, generating pulse width modulation waves to control the motor. The experimental results show that the adopted control plan combined software debugging with hardware debugging to make the system following and anti-disturbing better.
