摘要
目的研究家兔缢颈窒息死后不同时间血气分析检测值的变化,探讨应用血气分析检验方法鉴定缢死的时间范围。方法将实验组家兔用缢颈窒息方法处死,分别在死后0.5、3、6、9、12 h进行血气分析测定。结果缢死家兔血中Pa CO2增高(P<0.01),HPO2增加(P<0.005),TPO2增加(P<0.05),持续时间7 h左右,7 h后逐渐下降。Pa O2降低(P<0.05),O2SAT下降(P<0.001)持续时间7 h左右,7 h后逐渐下降,对照组8 h后Pa CO2和HCO-3逐渐增高,与实验组接近。结论缢死家兔在死后7 h内血气分析检测值发生明显变化,在变化的时间段内进行血气分析值检验有助于对缢死的法医学鉴定。
Objective To analyze the measured value changes in different time after hanging of rabbit, and explore the hanging time range by blood analysis test. Methods Rabbits in the experimental group were hanged to death and were given blood analysis test after half an hour, 3 hours, 6 hours, 9 hours and 12 hours respectively. Results In the experimental group, PaCO~ (P 〈 0. 01 ) and HCO3- increased, TPO2 ( P 〈 0.05 ) increased about 7 hours and gradually decreased 7 hours later, PaO2 decreased ( P 〈 0. 05 ), O2SAT decreased ( P 〈 0.01 ) about 7 hours and gradually decreased after 7 hours. In the control group, PaCO2 ( P 〈 0.05 ) and TCO2 (P 〈 0. 05) increased gradually after 8 hours, which was close to the experimental group. Conclusion Blood analysis values of hanged rabbits within 7 hours after death changed significantly. Blood analysis value test in changing time range is helpful for forensic identification of hanging.
