拜新同联合雷米普利治疗老年晨峰高血压临床观察

Clinical Observation of Nifedipine Combined with Ramipril in the Treatment of Elderly Essential Hypertensive Patients with Morning Blood Pressure Surge

目的观察拜新同联合雷米普利治疗老年晨峰高血压临床的疗效。方法选取100例2级原发性老年晨峰高血压患者,给予拜新同30 mg,雷米普利片2.5 mg,均为1次/天,晨服,应用动态血压监测技术评价治疗后第4周、第8周血压及血压晨峰、谷峰比值、平滑指数、血压负荷值的变化。结果与治疗前相比,经联合治疗8 w后,SBP、DBP血压水平均显著下降(P<0.01),血压晨峰水平明显下降(P<0.01),谷峰比值>60%,平滑指数>0.8,血压负荷值显著降低(P<0.01)。结论拜新同联合雷米普利能安全有效控制老年晨峰高血压。

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Nifedipine combined with Ramipril in the treatment of elderly es- sential hypertensive patients with morning blood pressure surge. Methods 100 patients with 2 - grade elderly essential primary hyper- tension with morning blood pressure surge were chosen. The patients were given 30 mg Nifedipine per day and 2. 5 mg Ramipril per day in the morning. Data of blood pressure, such as SBP, DBP, morning blood pressure surge, T/PR, S1, blood pressure load were re- corded by dynamic blood pressure measurement after treatment of 4 weeks and 8 weeks. Results After treatment of 8 weeks, SBP, DBP, morning blood pressure surge were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. T/PR was more than 60% , smoothness index was more than 0. 8. Blood pressure load significantly decreased （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Nifedipine combined with Ramipril can effectively control the blood pressure of elderly essential hypertensive patients with morning blood pressure surge.
