氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Clopidogrel Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium in Treatment of transient Ischemic Attack

目的探讨氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的临床疗效。方法选取2013年2月至2014年2月我院收治的短暂性脑缺血发作患者86例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组采用氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为95.35%,明显高于对照组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过治疗后,观察组患者总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等指标均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯吡格雷联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗短暂性脑缺血发作,有利于降低血脂水平,临疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of transient ischemic attack. Methods 86 cases of patients with transient ischemic attack admitted into our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment, while the observation group was given clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin calcium. The clinical effect on the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%, significantly higher than that of the control group which reached 79. 07% , with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the TG, TC, HDL - C and other indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the other group, and the differ- ence was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions The clinical curative effect of clopidogrel combined with atorvastatin cal- cium in the treatment of transient ischemic attack is remarkable by reducing the level of blood lipids, making the therapy worthy of clinical promotion.
