糖皮质激素联合丙种球蛋白对小儿肺炎支原体脑炎的疗效观察

The Effect of Glucocorticoid Combined with Gamma Globulin on Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Encephalitis

目的分析糖皮质激素联合丙种球蛋白对小儿肺炎支原体脑炎的疗效。方法随机选取医院收治的2013年1月到2014年1月患者60例小儿肺炎支原体脑炎患者,并且将这些患者随机分为研究组(30例)与对照组(30例)。给予对照组治疗中,采取常规糖皮质激素治疗,给予研究组中,采取糖皮质激素联合丙种球蛋白治疗,对两组临床疗效进行分析比较。结果研究组经糖皮质激素联合丙种球蛋白治疗后,在其胃肠道反应时间、住院天数、咳嗽消失时间以及X线肺部炎症吸收时间方面进行比较,均少于对照组,研究组总有效率93.3%;对照组总有效率56.7%,研究组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床对小儿肺炎支原体脑炎治疗中,应用糖皮质激素联合丙种球蛋白治疗,胃肠道反应少,有效地缩短治疗时间,发挥实际应用优势,临床疗效较好,适合在临床中推广使用。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of glucocorticoid combined with gamma globulin on Mycoplasma pneu- moniae encephalitis. Methods 60 cases of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae encephalitis were randomly selected from January 2014 to January 2013, and the patients were randomly divided into experimental group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）. The control group was given conventional cortieosteroid therapy, while the experimental group received corticosteroids combined with gamma globulin in the treatment. After that, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results With the treatment of glucocorticoid combined with gamma globulin, the experimental group was better than the control group in terms of gastrointestinal tract reaction time, hospitalization days, cough disappearing time and X - ray lung inflammation absorption time. The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.3% , compared with 56. 7% of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion In the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae encepha- litis, the application of glucocorticoid combined with gamma globulin will reduce gastrointestinal reactions and effectively shorten the treatment time, with great advantages. Thus its clinical curative effect is well worthy of clinical application and popularization.
