循证医学与PBL教学模式相结合在心内科实习中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨循证医学与PBL相结合的教学模式在心内科实习中的应用效果。方法辽宁医学院2011级五年制临床医学专业本科班学生共66人,随机分成两组,实习结束后对两组进行出科考试和问卷调查。结果实验组学生考试成绩明显优于对照组,在学习兴趣、学习能力,分析解决问题能力等方面实验组也显著优于对照组。结论循证医学与PBL相结合的教学模式优于传统教学模式,可以进行推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of evidence - based medicine and PBL teaching mode in the cardiology practice. Methods 66 5 -year undergraduates admitted in 2011 majoring in clinical medicine of Liaoning Medical University were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. After the practice, two groups were given the exami- nation and questionnaire survey. Results The test scores from the experimental group were better than those from the control group. As for learning interest, learning ability and problem solving ability, the experimental group was also significantly better than the con- trol group. Conclusion Evidence - based medicine combined with PBL teaching mode is superior to the traditional teaching mode and should be popularized.
