摘要
某碲尾矿硫含量较高,矿物组成复杂且含硫矿物被石灰及亚硫酸钠抑制,属较难回收矿物。试验在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,进行了单一浮选与磁选—浮选联合选矿流程的工艺流程对比试验,试验结果表明,增加磁选流程对改善硫铁矿的选矿指标作用不大。通过对不同药剂种类及用量试验,确定了最佳的药剂制度。经一次粗选、两次扫选、一次精选的浮选流程,最终获得了硫精矿品位40.39%,回收率90.69%的良好指标。
A tellurium tailings has high content of sulphur,but the mineral composition is very complex and the sulfide minerals has been depressed by lime and sodium sulfite,which increases the difficulty of flotation. On the basis of a process mineralogy research for the tailings,a process of single flotation was compared with the process of magnetic separation followed by flotation. It was shown that adding magnetic separation does little to improve the pyrite ore dressing indexes. Through the condition experiment,the optimal reagent regime was determined. After one stage roughing,two stage scavenging,one stage cleaning,a sulphur concentrate with the shulphur grade of40. 39% was obtained at a recovery of 90. 69%.
