红土镍矿烧结工艺试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过采用5 m回转窑对五级旋风脱水干燥处理后的红土镍矿进行烧结工艺研究,考察烧结温度、进料速度、焦矿比及烧结时间对红土镍矿烧结率的影响。在小型条件探索试验基础上,确定出试验条件,对脱水后的粉状红土镍矿进行烧结焙烧试验,所得烧结工艺参数优化结果为:实现烧结率最佳烧结点温度值1030℃;进料速度100 kg/h;焦矿比5%;红土镍矿相对烧结率可达85%,此试验研究结果表明,利用回转窑进行粉状红土镍矿烧结工艺是可行的,对以粉状红土镍矿作原料,采用交直流电弧炉熔炼镍铁合金行业具有很大的推广应用价值。 By using 5 m rotary kiln for sintering process of a nickel laterite ore after five stages of cyclone drying and dehydration,the influences of sintering temperature,feed rate,doage of coke and sintering time on the sintering rate were examined. Based on small-scale condition tests to explore the sintering condition,the optimized process parameters for roasting dehydrated nickel laterite ore were obtained as: firing point of temperature 1030 ℃to achieve an optimum of firing rate; feed rate 100 kg / h; coke ratio 5%; under which a laterite nickel ore sintering rate of up to 85% ia achievable. The results of this test indicate that the use of rotary kiln for sintering process of the powdered nickel laterite ore is feasible. For processing the raw material of powdered nickel laterite ore,the use of AC and DC electric arc furnace smelting in ferronickel industry has great application value.
