摘要
"一带一路"的宗旨是把中国的发展与沿线国家的发展相对接,共建利益、命运、责任共同体。共建中国—东盟命运共同体,需要加快推进区域内教育合作发展。其目标是通过合作办学,实现教育资源整合、教育体制机制融合,实现人力资本提升、经济社会全面发展和国际竞争力提升,实现从教育融合到文化融合,到构筑起中国—东盟命运共同体的人文基础。笔者认为,海南省可以成为中国—东盟教育合作的优选目的地。
The purpose of ＂the Belt and Road＂ is to connect China＇s development with development of related countries for jointly building a community with common interests, destiny, and responsibility, thus for building the China-ASEAN Community of Common Destiny requires educational cooperation in the region, it aims to through the cooperation in running school to reach integration of educational resources, education system and mechanism so as to realize the improvement of human resources, comprehensive development of society and economy, and rise of international competitiveness, thus, which could cause the integration from education to culture for finally establishing the humanities foundation of China-ASEAN Community of Common Destiny in Hainan province
