摘要
中国提出的"一带一路"倡议得到了东盟国家的响应,为中国与东盟的合作、发展振兴提供新动力,开辟新前景。长期以来,中国的邻国印度也重视发展与东盟的关系,印度的"东向政策"自20世纪90年代初启动以来,始终强调与东盟国家的经贸关系及其他领域的合作,致力扩大自身的经济与战略利益。当前,印度总理莫迪已经明确表示把印度的"东向政策"提升为"东向行动政策",将推动印度与东盟关系进入一个新的发展阶段。当今,在中印两国战略相遇时有众多的利益关联,战略对接与互动是关键,印度的东南亚政策值得关注。
The initiative of ＂the Belt and Road＂ proposed by China has received response from ASEAN countries, which opened up new prospects for providing new impetus to unity and cooperation as well as development and revitalization between China and ASEAN. For a long period, India as a neighbor country of China also has been attached a great importance to relation with ASEAN, the ＂look east policy＂ of India has always emphasized on economic and trade relation and cooperation in other field since 1990s, it aims to expand own economic and strategic interests. Currently, President Narendra Modi of India has clearly expressed that the ＂look east policy＂ will be upgraded as east action policy, which will promote the relation between India and ASEAN into a new era. At present, strategies of China and India has numerous related interests, thus, strategic connection and interaction is a key point, east Asia policy of India is worthy of our attention.
