摘要
无线充电技术(WPT)应用于电动汽车(EV),为电动汽车提供了新的充电方式,为解决充电安全和电动汽车续驶里程短的弊端提供了新的解决方法.介绍了电动汽车无线充电系统架构,分析无线充电技术的基本原理、控制方法、补偿结构和线圈结构.重点分析了适用于电磁共振式WPT的一次侧串联二次侧串联(SS)的补偿结构,给出了适用于电动汽车无线充电技术的补偿结构的选择和设计方法,以及矩形线圈结构的设计方法,并给出仿真结果,为搭建演示实验台架提供理论依据.
Wireless charger( or Wireless Power Transfer,WPT) applied to Electric Vehicles( EV) is a new means of charging for EV. It is a new solution to avoid the hazards caused by charging batteries and to extend the EV driving range. A WPT system for EV application is introduced in this paper. The fundamental principles,control methods,compensation topologies and coil structures for electric vehicle WPT system are analyzed. The compensation topology,series compensation for both primary and secondary coils( SS),which is applied to the resonant WPT system,is analyzed in detail. In this paper,the selection and design method for compensation topology and rectangular coils for electric vehicle WPT system as well as the simulation results,are provided as the theoretical foundation for building an electric vehicle WPT demo.
