摘要
将霍尔三维模式和具有东方系统方法论特色的WSR(物理-事理-人理)系统方法论引进到经营性基础设施PROT项目模式动态综合集成管理机制研究中,其研究流程设计为:在理论上研究基础设施PROT项目融资模式动态综合集成管理框架体系,利用熵理论揭示基础设施PROT项目融资熵的形成及演变机理,并应用博弈论建立基础设施PROT项目融资模式的带熵博弈模型,借助多agent仿真技术,对基础设施PROT项目融资模式进行仿真模拟.在以上理论分析和模型研究基础上,建立基础设施PROT项目融资模式动态综合集成管理模型,构建基础设施PROT项目融资霍尔三维模式动态综合集成管理机制.
This research paper cites Hall Three- Dimensional Morphology and WSR( Wuli- Shili- Renli)System Methodology in dynamic integrated management system of the PROT project financing model on the profitable infrastructure. First,the framework of the dynamic comprehensive integrated management system of the infrastructure PROT model is stuied theoretically. Entropy theory is adopted to reveal the formation and evolution of entropy of profitable infrastructure PROT financing model. A game model with entropy is then established. The simulation is carried out by multi- agent software. Based on the above theoretical analysis and modelling study,a model and its mechanism are established.
