摘要
主要研究低压大气式燃烧器中引射器内部流动情况及结构设计中的参数化,通过实验和数值模拟对比一次空气系数和质量引射系数,验证数值模拟软件的可靠性,再利用CFD软件对引射器进行参数化研究;利用Workbench平台分别从风门位置的变化、喷嘴位置的变化和混合管长度的变化等三方面进行对比得出结论。
This paper mainly study the internal flow and structure design of the ejector in the low pressure air burner. Through experiment and numerical simulation, the reliability of the numerical simulation software is verified by comparing the experimental and numerical simulation results. Conclusions have been made by using the CFD software to conduct the parametric study and comparing the changes of the throttle position, the nozzle position and the mixing tube length by using the workbench platform.
