现代社会条件下对青少年的灌输方法需要有三个转变:转换灌输理念,从传统单向灌输模式向双向互动式灌输模式转变;引发青少年的内在需要,从理论"说教型"向解决实践问题转变;针对青少年实际,从落后简单的传统灌输手段向高科技的现代灌输手段转变。

In modern society, the inculcation approaches on teenagers demands transformation in three aspects, such as transformation of ideas from traditional one-way inculcation mode to two-way inculcation mode, transformation from theoretical preaching to solving practical problems, so as to arise teenagers＇ internal demands, and transformation from backward traditional inculcation to modern inculcation with high technology, aiming at teenagers＇ practical situation.
