青少年社区教育研究——基于杭州市S区的调查

Research on Education on Teenagers Conducted in Community

社区是青少年正式步入社会前体验社会生活的重要场所,它对青少年成长有着潜移默化的影响。现阶段,社区存在组织设置和工作开展不能有效覆盖和影响青少年的情况,社区在青少年教育中的作用不能完全发挥。可以通过加大各方面的合作力度、发挥社区与学校的联动作用、充分利用新媒体手段等方式,进一步发挥社区对青少年的教育功能。

Community is the important place where teenagers experience social life before they formally enter the society, which has influenced teenagers＇ development invisibly. At present, due to its organization form and concrete work, community cannot effectively cover and influence teenagers, and it cannot completely play an active role in education on teenagers. We can make community further play education function on teenagers by following approaches such as strengthens cooperation among various forces, strengthening mutual efforts made by both community and schools, fully making use of new media, and so on.
