In the background of diversified culture, college students＇ ideas, behavioral modes, and ideals have been developing in diversified tendency, which has brought both opportunities and challenges to the ideological and political education in universities. As a result, the ideological and political education in universities has met with new impact. Therefore, in the age of diversified culture, when conducting the ideological and political education in universities, we should refer to the advantages of traditional discourse and make discourse innovation, so as to adjust to the change of discourse environment, improve the efficiency of discourse for ideological and political education on college students, and occupy the ideological position among young college students.
