在全球化进程不断加快的今天,国家之间、地区之间的经济文化交流日益密切,每个国家作为一个独立的个体,在与他国交往中往往会伴随着不同价值观的渗透。因此,寻求一种各国共同认可的价值观以促进全球化更好地进行,就显得十分必要。对于正处于社会主义和谐社会建设中的我国,一个和平、稳定、有秩序的国内环境,其重要意义不言而喻。社会主义核心价值观作为社会主义核心价值体系的灵魂,是当前中国特色社会主义的思想根基和灵魂支柱。要维系社会主义的经济、政治、文化、社会及制度建设,社会主义核心价值观的建构以及如何实现核心价值观认同,就成为时代的重大课题。

Nowadays, with globalization getting faster and faster, international and inter-regional economic and cultural exchanges are getting closer and closer. Each country, as an independent force, is faced with penetration of various values in the exchanges. Therefore, it is necessary to seek a value that is accepted by all the countries, so as to promote globalization more successfully. China is constructing Socialist harmonious society, and it is significant for us to have a domestic environment with peace, stability, and order. Socialist core value,as the soul of Socialist core value system, is the ideological foundation and soul pillar of the Socialism with Chinese Features. To maintain the economic, political, cultural, social and institutional construction of Socialism, we must consider the important issues such as the construction of Socialist Core Value and the realization of consensus on core value.
