摘要 心理资本是一种可开发和培养的心理优势,是员工在成长和发展过程中表现出来的积极心理状态,主要包括自我效能感、希望、乐观和韧性四种积极的心理要素。心理资本是组织获取竞争优势的崭新来源,对餐饮企业员工管理具有深远影响与实践价值。开发餐饮企业员工的心理资本,应构建积极的餐饮企业文化,在实践中开发员工的自我效能感、希望、乐观和韧性等心理要素。 Psychological capital is a psychological advantage, which can be developed and cultivated, and a positive psychological state in the process of employee's growth and development as well. Psychological capital, including four positive elements such as self-efficiency,hope, optimism, and resilience, is the new source for an organization to get advantage in competition. The capital has far influence and practical value to personnel management in restaurant industry. We should develop employees' psychological capital for restaurant industry through the following approaches such as constructing positive enterprise culture and developing psychological elements such as employees' self-efficiency, hope, optimism, and resilience in practice.
